* This procedure uses screen copies of Windows7.
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools Button in the menu bar.
3. Select "Internet Options."
4. Click "Languages" button on the "General" tab.
5. Click "Add" button, and select "English."
6. After selecting English, click "Move up" to move it upper than Japanese, then click "OK" button.
7. Close the browser, re-acquire the questionnaire after restarting the browser.
When using Windows Internet Explorer (OS is Windows8 or later)
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools Button at the top-right of the window.
3. Select "Internet Options."
4. Click "Languages" button on the "General" tab.
5. Click "Set Language Preferences" button.
6. Click "Add a language" link, select English, then click "Add" button.
7. Back to the Languages window, select English from the list, then click "Move up" to move it to the top.
8. Click "Advanced settings" in the Languages window.
9. Uncheck the checkbox in "Language for web content" heading.
* If it does not work, click "Change date, time, or number formats."
10. Change the "format" to English in Region Options window.
11. Close the browser, re-acquire the questionnaire after restarting the browser.
When using Firefox
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click Tools menu at the top of Firefox window and select "Options" menu.
3. Select "Options" menu.
4. Click "Language" on "General" tab.
5. Select English from the drop-down menu, then click "Add" button.
* When "English" has already been selected, refer to step 6.
6. Move up "English" and click "OK" button.
7. Close all opened tabs of the browser.
When using Google Chrome
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the Chrome Menu icon (triple lines button) on the top-right of the window.
3. Click "Settings."
4. When "Settings" tab is displayed, click "Advanced"
5. Click "Language" button on Languages heading.
6. Move English to the top.
7. Close all opened tabs of the browser.
When using Safari - for Mobile

* Set the language used in Google products and search results.
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Access the page for [search settings (https://www.google.com/preferences)].
3. Select English on "Language in Google products" and "Language of Search results."
4. Tap "Save" button.
