The recommended environment is the environment on which Portal Site of Official Statistics Online Survey can work normally.
(Note that the recommended environment may be different depending on the statistical surveys.)

When clicking "Save answer data only" button on the PDF e-questionnaire and the error "The file cannot be opened or created." occurred
This event may occur in the recommended environment with the OS and the browser described below.

When clicking "Send answers" button on the PDF e-questionnaire in Adobe Reader XI and it does not work
If "Enable Protected Mode At Startup" is set in Adobe Reader XI, data may not be sent from the PDF e-questionnaire.

Communication environment

The broadband environment is recommended.

* Online answering via the Internet is done by downloading e-questionnaires. The file size of the e-questionnaire is different depending on statistical surveys and may exceed 1MB, so please use the broadband environment.

And you can enter survey items even in offline environment after downloading Excel questionnaires or PDF questionnaires.

In addition, the answer data to be sent will be text data in XML format generated from e-questionnaire.
